Isn't that interesting? It makes me feel that Life moves in circles- in every moment is both an end of a circle and a beginning of a new one. Are you standing at the beginning of a new circle now? or are you still experiencing the end of a circle? Perhaps both being manifested at the same time? Some things may seem as if they had come to an end. It is time to move on. Did they really?" ~ Ora Waldman, Smiling Heart Our time is one of transition and movement, which manifest itself through patterns of letting go and making room for more... Upon the "door step" of the New Year I would like us to take some time in silence........ Let us acknowledge our ancestors that walked the pathways before us and "stand up" in honor for our grandfathers and grandmothers that nurtured and brought our world today. For all the straggle that it took in the joys of Life. As a mother rising a child, blessed from the fathers love, that grows in a beautiful dream that we call us. Sometimes is not easy to move on in Life, and even welcome New Year that it seems as it comas so easy as overnight. Now, I would like to pick up my hand Dram and pray.....for all the families and single parents; yang children; old and in need; pray with our song that we share; for a good time to see together; in support and love; to belong. I would like to recognize and name all the one -us I, and hear me come upon the beat of the Drum.... Our Big and beautiful city sometimes could become too heavy to carry upon ones man back. Man who is simple in his ways, man who like to walk in woods and smell the flowers, even grow a garden. Now, for me and my son is a "sacred time", the one of transition. We had made the day beautiful "us the sun rises from the night" playing and weaving.....so beautiful and free in oneness and yet at times alone. The month of January will be prayer for our new home to come. We are looking for a new place to leave and wherever it may be, we welcome it's goodness in sacredness. At this hour we seek and reflect upon your guidance "my people", your straight and faith that keeps the "flames on".....on a cold winter day. Wherever you are and whoever you might be.....know that we are an ancient song upon a road of a Storytelling Heart. I whish for all my brothers and sisters, all the blessings and goodness that New Year offers......... Now, let us step upon the road in "Gentle Walk" and weave a vision that welcomes New Life! We explore the colours of deep breath meditation, imaging, sounding, and visualization. Intuitively we reach inner depths of knowing and find the seeds of productivity that are kept within us. As we immerse and move through the rhythms of this journey in a safe and patient way, we recognize our inner vibrational patterns. We then have the opportunity to weave from our depths a “web” of greater understanding and community. All is reflected on the unique canvass, we flow! Sacred Face ~ Mask Making HO!…to the Sisterhood of the Shields for the wisdom, in Spirit; to Lynn Andrews and her give away…HO! to the many teachers that have brought light upon my path and the many “hands” received from above…I remember the creation of my own “Mask of Power” this beautiful Vision of all times…just to find it’s face rising from the ashes…as the “firebird” keeper of the inner flame! I have carefully dreamed this journey for us, in honor for the Sacred path of Mask Making. I would like to offer you guidance, along the sacred line of the Medicine Wheel. Upon each direction there is a gift for you, creating along the way …you will hold Four Masks of many, that will represent the depths of your most inner places, awaken through meditation, symbolism and the wisdom that allies in all the sides that we turn for a direction…you will understand the energy patterns that hold these “faces” and how we find these in our day to day movement. In understanding these energies you will learn how to choreograph and transform; balance our feminine and masculine; and use these gifts for our healing and community. Towards the end of the journey we will unite the Four Masks into One Mask, as a centering place within, as Mask of Power and our most Sacred Face. We will honor and initiate the awakening of the Masks in a ceremony, we will give away and empower your Song! This work is very Sacred. It is often personal and sometimes difficult…I would like to make room for each of you and offer my time on a “one to one” basis, in presence. The workshop lasts 7 sessions, the hour could vary form 3 to 5 hours…and to your call I will set the day! $ 400.00 ~ the materials required for the mask building are inclusive….except your sacred objects that you will decorate your personal mask with…..HO! For the individuals who are interested in creating a single Mask in a 2 sessions~ $ 125.00 Intuitive work Turkish Coffee Grain Reading This ancient foretelling has Egyptian roots; the tradition has been kept by the Arabians, Persians, Jews and always celebrated with the Turks. It was introduced to me when I was 4 years old, and has been revealing its secrets up to this day. Connecting with this sacred grain and welcoming its rich aroma, followed by respectful and full minded exchange…we receive a “gift” from the magnificent “map“ that is imprinted upon the walls of the round cup. The grains are as an art sand painting that has been stirred by our inner Winds Storytelling in its Nature.
