How great you are!

come upon your Light

rising of my sight...

I hear, prayers...

weaving smoke

these ashes, I am

your future to come.

My mind whirl, the Self

of thought, awaken

transcend into blue sky...

up high flaming wings

burn your heat

let me feel, your eyes

that sees me!

this life you are

shape-shifting fiery flames

of the Sun, giving

life force, free...

unite and

come heal me!

The legend of the Phoenix as an ancient wisdom comes to us in myth, in the times of transformation, rejuvenation, death ~ rebirth...and let us name some more...
This "fire bird" it has been said, celebrates its journeys of life, in wealth and maturity...and upon this time its awakened "life force" burns its body that have been taken and all that have been created in prayer, to resurrect...from the ashes emerges a new life, that is opening a new door to the endless possibilities of holiness.

I would like us to hold this vision and cast a walking prayer upon the "Wheel of Life", today.
As the Sun arises, let us enter the Eastern gateway of offering for our New journey (life), embracing. Upon this door I wish for guidance and illumination for what it is, to become.

Walking the little feet towards the South, lets spin this "Child Within"...with a breath of innocence, I like us to find our faith and hope for each other, "Mother Earth" and in humbleness, lets celebrate this "physical" body and remember our likeness...

Upon the West we surrender to our vision to come! Let us "dream" and swim our "emotions", as the Water we are, to heal and weave this in Peace... of introspection we find the Devine flow!

Walking towards North, lets us stand in a "white robes" and welcome Wind our grandfather
to spin, our "adult self" to speak,
in wisdom and gratitude...celebrate Spirit..

To illuminate the "fires" of our Life upon East again is to remember our prayers, in Unity!
To light up our "fires",is to make a smoke that will help heal and reach this Dream, Life!

When we witness ourselves through the eyes of the "Medicine Wheel" (given name by the Aboriginals) then we sit in an ancient wheel of truth. We need to look at all our aspects in our day to day Life. How we hold and nourish our physical body and balance this with our spirit;
how we are with our emotions in counterbalance with our mental planes...
When we criss- cross the directions we will find our seat in the Center, this "Rising " of forgetting and remembering.

The Phoenix in the "Wheel of Life" resembles the "Tree of Life"...in correlation with the growing cycle and the changing of the seasons.
Looking closely in the Autumn, is when we find this "magical spell", colors freed...
binding life... of falling leaves and harvest,
let us Rise and giveaway these Bliss!
Transmute and let go...falling mirrors...of illusionary mind...reveal our most Sacred Life!

This past Sunday we had a ceremony for the "awakening of the drums" ,for me holding this blessing today at this "new journey" as a keeper of this Drum, it simply may mean, Sing....

I had found sometimes people had a difficult time hearing me of what I had to "say"..maybe because I haven't "speak up loudly"...
and praying is what I like to say:

May this Drum hear of all the Songs, playing
for to sing is to tell your story
and to tell your story is to be free
and to be free is to find your way home
this home what we call heart beat,
"teachings of the Drum" may it reach us
the "Rising" of the Fires
healing of the Waters
upon the Earth, may "all our relations" awaken
fill our lungs with the welcoming of Air
and we may Feast!!

This session involves expressive movement and painting to engage and liberate the body's wisdom. We explore the colours of deep breath meditation, imaging, sounding, and visualization. Intuitively we reach inner depths of knowing and find the seeds of productivity that are kept within us.

As we immerse and move through the rhythms of this journey in a safe and patient way, we recognize our inner vibrational patterns. We then have the opportunity to weave from our depths a "web" of greater understanding and vision. All is reflected on the unique canvass, we flow!

Sacred Face ~ Mask Making

HO!to the Sisterhood of the Shields for the wisdom, in Spirit; to Lynn Andrews and her give away. HO! to the many teachers that have brought light upon my path and the many "hands" received from above. I remember the creation of my own Mask of Power, this beautiful Vision of all times, just to find it's face rising from the ashes as the firebird, keeper of the inner flame!

I have carefully dreamed this journey for us, in honor for the Sacred path of Mask Making. I would like to offer you guidance, along the sacred line of the Medicine Wheel. Upon each direction there is a gift for you, creating along the way you will hold Four Masks of many, that will represent the depths of your most inner places, awaken through meditation, symbolism and the wisdom that allies in all the sides that we turn for a direction you will understand the energy patterns that hold these faces and how we find these in our day to day movement. In understanding these energies you will learn how to choreograph and transform; balance our feminine and masculine; and use these gifts for our healing and community.

Towards the end of the journey we will unite the Four Masks into One Mask, as a centering place within, as Mask of Power and our most Sacred Face.

We will honor and initiate the awakening of the Masks in a ceremony, we will give away and empower your Song!

This work is very Sacred. It is often personal and sometimes difficult. I would like to make room for each of you and offer my time on a one to one basis, in presence. The workshop lasts 7 sessions, the hour could vary form 3 to 5 hours and to your call I will set the day!

This ancient foretelling has Egyptian roots; the tradition has been kept by the Arabians, Persians, Jews and always celebrated with the Turks.

It was introduced to me when I was 4 years old, and has been revealing its secrets
up to this day.

Connecting with this sacred grain and welcoming its rich aroma, followed by respectful and full minded exchange we receive a gift from the magnificent map that is imprinted upon the walls of the round cup.

The grains are as an art sand painting that has been stirred by our inner Winds Storytelling in its Nature.

I had the pleasure to Spiral with you in the previous months this time I like to continue this prayer of Dance by Heart, and invite you to celebrate some more
time in movement & fun!!!

Dance in a non - competitive environment and express your aliveness, ease and power through movement. Our body is a record keeper of life's melodies and our instrument for art.

Guided through the labyrinth of traditional and contemporary world music, we will surrender to the rhythms and vibrational patterns of breath, through the freedom of Dance.

As we weave our creations, we allow the healing powers of flow, invite vibrancy and light upon our life. With this recognition and prayer, we move into the world and offer this nurturing song to our Earth.

I will meet with you at the heart of this Sacred Path, so we may spin and celebrate
a greater relationship with our community .
